PMC supplies commercial machinery and equipment for restaurants, hotels, bakeries, cafés, supermarkets, and other businesses across Tanzania.
2. Product Information and Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are shown in Tanzanian Shillings (TSh/Sh).
Prices, product availability, specifications, and equipment models may change without prior notice.
While we make every effort to ensure product information is accurate, errors may occasionally occur. Any incorrect information will be confirmed and corrected before final order approval.
3. Orders and WhatsApp Confirmation
Customers may browse products, add items to their cart, or contact us through WhatsApp to request equipment.
Submitting an order request does not automatically create a confirmed sale.
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- Our sales team reviews the request
- Product availability is confirmed
- Specifications and requirements are agreed upon
- Delivery details and payment arrangements are confirmed through WhatsApp, phone, or other official communication channels
4. Payments
PMC does not process automatic online payments through this website.
Customers may complete payments through the payment methods provided by PMC, including mobile money services, bank transfer, or other agreed payment methods.
Payment must be completed, or an agreed deposit received, before equipment is prepared for dispatch or delivery unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery and Installation
Delivery times and transport charges depend on:
- Customer location
- Equipment size and weight
- Delivery requirements
- Installation requirements
Delivery arrangements and costs will be discussed and confirmed before dispatch.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their location has suitable requirements, including:
- Proper electrical connections
- Gas connections where required
- Water supply where required
- Adequate installation space
6. Warranty, Returns and Equipment Issues
Commercial machinery supplied by PMC may include manufacturer or supplier warranty coverage depending on the product.
Warranty details will be communicated during purchase.
Due to the specialized nature of commercial equipment, returns are only accepted for approved cases such as:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect products supplied by PMC
- Equipment damaged before delivery
Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, improper operation, or lack of maintenance are not covered.

7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting equipment suitable for their intended use.
PMC provides product information and guidance, but customers should confirm that the selected equipment meets their business requirements, capacity needs, and installation conditions.
